1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from JOHNEIKO VISUALS ("the Company," "we," "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Digital Products

All products offered by JOHNEIKO VISUALS are delivered digitally, including but not limited to Lightroom presets, LUTs, video overlays, and other cinematic visual assets.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased products. Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, with a maximum of 10 downloads per product.

3. License

Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with the license type you select at checkout. See our License Agreement for full details.

You may NOT redistribute, resell, share, or make available the original digital files to any third party. All intellectual property rights remain with JOHNEIKO VISUALS.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. However, if you experience technical issues or accidental duplicate purchases, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis. 5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our products or website to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (c) distribute malware or harmful content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

JOHNEIKO VISUALS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Company. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the appropriate courts.
