Refund policy.

1. Digital Products — All Sales Final

JOHNEIKO VISUALS sells digital products that are delivered via instant download. Once you have accessed your download link, the product is considered delivered and the sale is final. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or after the product has been downloaded.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances, provided you contact us within 14 days of purchase:

• •Technical Issues: The product is corrupted, does not work as described, or is incompatible with your stated software version (verified by our support team).
• •Duplicate Purchase: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same product.
• •Unauthorized Purchase: The purchase was made without the account holder's authorization.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@johneiko.com with the following information:

• • Your order number
• • The email address used for purchase
• • A description of the issue
• • Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Razorpay or PayPal) within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please note that your payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Download Access After Refund

Upon issuing a refund, your download access for the refunded product(s) will be revoked. Any downloaded files must be deleted from your devices. Continued use of refunded products constitutes a violation of our License Agreement.

6. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. However, by purchasing and downloading our digital products, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun. This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).
