1. Overview

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of all digital products purchased from JOHNEIKO VISUALS, including Lightroom presets, LUTs, video overlays, and other cinematic visual assets. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to the terms below.

You are permitted to:

• • Use our products to edit, process, and enhance your own photos and videos
• • Use our products in projects for your clients (Commercial and Creator licenses only)
• • Create derivative works (edited photos/videos) using our products
• • Use the final edited images/videos for any purpose, including commercial distribution

4. Prohibited Uses

You are NOT permitted to:

• • Redistribute, share, or sell the original digital files (presets, LUTs, etc.)
• • Resell or sublicense the products as your own
• • Include the products in a competing product or service
• • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the products
• • Remove or alter any copyright notices or watermarks
• • Share your login credentials or download links with others

5. Intellectual Property

All JOHNEIKO VISUALS products are protected by intellectual property laws. The original files, code, design, and creative expression remain the exclusive property of JOHNEIKO VISUALS. Purchasing a product grants a license to use the product — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

6. Updates and Modifications

JOHNEIKO VISUALS may release updates, improvements, or new versions of products. License holders are entitled to free updates for the current version family. Major version upgrades (e.g., v1 to v2) may require a separate purchase at the Company's discretion.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease use of the product and destroy all copies.

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. JOHNEIKO VISUALS does not guarantee that the products will meet your specific requirements or produce particular results. Results may vary depending on your source material, software version, and skill level.
